A special coverage for previous generations of the 1.5 Blue HDi diesel engines is implemented, covering 100% of the costs for up to 10 years or 240,000 kilometers for both parts and labour, for camshaft chain issues provided that certain eligibility criteria are met.​

If you have already had repair expenses due to a breakage of the camshaft chain with this engine between January 1, 2023, and June 30, 2025, you may be entitled to benefit from this special coverage.​

An online platform is available from mid-July 2025 to enable you to submit your apply online and provide the documents required for the assessment. This allows your application to be processed quickly and conveniently.

To apply, please access this page . ​There is an on-going recall campaign for some vehicles equipped with this engine, that will be handled with a staggered approach. As soon as your car is being recalled, you will receive a letter from us. You can also check with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) if your car is affected here: https://dv5conditions.stellantis-support.com. Please be aware that although your car has no campaign yet, it might be recalled at a later stage.
